Steamboats Frenzy | Monday, March 05, 2007
SO there it was, the weekends of steamboats started on friday nite and saturday afternoon. filling the stomache to the brim and emptying the wallets slowly. Luckily it was the end of the week, so tsk tsk....yay....$$. Oh well.
The old gang met up and no pictures taken. This is the final one in hall already. All graduating next yr. GOnna head down to my hse to eat the next yr round starting from me. haha. How exciiting and farnee at the same time. LOL
Yeah! heh heh.......Friday's affair was a big one with $30 spent on scallops, sambal fish and many mushrooms. Yu SHeng and canned fruits dessert....yummy. alot though. cant finish in the end. Steamboat started on 1030 and ended at 12 lol. so farnee.....too muhc food as usual.
The very next day met with friends to eat steamboat at liang seah street. So-so steamboat that cost 22 bucks each and then had red bean ICED at ah Chew desserts. Shiok. Nice dessert total of 25 bucks spend on the very day.
Headed down to suntec city with them to the career fair. Wanted to see wad was ggin on but baAAAA.....nothing..sianz. No jobs. anyway, wad was exciting was the match Liverpool and Manchester United at Anfield. At Hard ROck, i met Eugene who brought his cuzzie along, guess they were really close relatives. Then he ask me along. His frends who were liverpool fans brought another 2 frends along. so no one realli knew each other. HAHA. funny. Well, i was in a liverpool fan club in Hard Rock watching the match. FOR FREE! haha, dun care la. no place to sit also so dun wanna pay for any extra expenses.
Liverpool fans was like laffing at every tackles and tackles that caused injury to saha and rooney and neville. Hmm, now u noe how the indonesians and malaysians fans feel like with the minority.haha. I was hiding at the corner faking to be the liverpool fans. When Scholes was sent off, my heart sank and juz though of chelsea. Damned it! Oshea came on for rooney who was injured and thankfully, the sucker punch goal came from the guy whom the liverpool fans was shouting "OH SHIT, OHSHIT!" at O SHea's name on his jersey. Laffs came along and pp shouted GOALLLL at peter crouch volley at goal which Van Der Sar came up with a inspirational performance that was top class at the age of 35. U rock goalie! The final 2 minutes came over with a cristiano ronaldo taken free kick of Giggs style and class freekick which really was threatenting and well taken and with reina spilling the shot and O shea the first to response to the follow up. Silence could be heard and suddenly some minority of man utd fans shouting goal could be heard inside and outside the rooms. The man u fans crept silently to the door and hang out the banners of manchester united with the liverpool fans not noticing anything. haha.that was real funny.
Finally the luck of the champs came. Let them beat Chelsea to it. End the season with the title. the FA cup and try to reach the finals of the champions league. I wan to see them win it with class and style with alansmith back and larsson entending his loan deal. Wonderful class i have seen from larsson, the roy keane's era. The kind of players who make a difference in the team through their own ability and vision. WOnderful palyers.
Next, quizzes and projects. kao.....sianz....shat man. FYP....brrrrr..........growlllll...
