I hate it. i already have to pay $140 to take the exams. And after i click the payment i realised that day is convocation day and its at 1400 hrs, and damn it. the exam is at 1430 hrs. TO change the exam date would mean to incurr and xtra 53 bucks jusst to change the date. i'm sure writing doesnt help.

Dear Mr Lee,

I regret to inform you that our insitute allows a change of date or timing with a levy charge ofr 53.45 (with GST).

No other charges will be incurred.
